The Basics of a Franchise Venture

Customer leads a generation via websites and centralized call centers; and a network of peers to supply recommendations and assistance through an organization intranet, yearly conferences, and franchisee groups; and, moreover, assistance with funding. This is more true when there are franchisees who are in need of emergency assistance for their operations.

Possible drawbacks for franchisees are lack of independence, from the products and services they sell to the colour of their walls; compulsory company-wide promotions that will not add to their market, and the money placed in redesigning the unit, a shift or transfer in management or ownership that comes in the form of brand during a new, unwanted direction.
