Our system is built to support the Unit Franchisee, but allows the Master to have control over each unit in his/her territory – from the beach if desired.
Masters have the option to open and operate units within their territory and sell them as existing businesses, or sell undeveloped units at their discretion. There are no time limits for development, and franchise fees & royalties are shared 50/50 between Masters and Corporate. Also, Corporate takes responsibility for all unit training and has an operational support team to support each franchise along with the master.
